  • Equipment Use Agreement: iPads and Laptops

    • I understand that this equipment is Redlands Unified School District-owned and I am using it for ASES work-related purposes.
    • I will not add any adhesive backed items, such as stickers, to the device on either the cover or over the camera lens, as this can be difficult to remove and may damage equipment.
    • I understand that the equipment is be kept on-site at all times. Site Leaders may take their laptops to ASES-related meetings including those at the YMCA.
    • I will not add a pin, password, or passcode to the device unless the district has issued one to me.
    • I understand that I am responsible for the care of the equipment.
    • For iPads: I will use the shoulder strap to carry the device and use the hand strap when standing and using the equipment.
    • I will not allow students to use the equipment.
    • In case the equipment is in any way damaged, lost, and/or stolen, while outside the school site premises, I shall be responsible for its cost for its replacement.
    • In case the equipment gets broken due to wear and tear, I shall have it inspected by the Redlands Unified School District tech department staff as soon as possible.
    • I understand that upon termination of my employment, I shall surrender and turn over the equiment back to the company.
    • The YMCA of the East Valley has the right to withhold my final pay unil return of the equipment.
    • By signing this Agreement, I acknowledge that I have received the equipment described above in working order and I conform to the terms and conditions for the use of said equipment.
